ForexTradeRebates guarantee that access to our website and its trade rebates program will be always free of charge for all our users.

ForexTradeRebates.com will never sell, rent or disclose your personal information to any third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

Withdrawals, requested through the private office, will be payed out in 5 working days (Rebates collected this month, can be requested for withdraw not earlier, than 15th of the following month, that cash withdrawal request was made for; upon condition, that we received your collected commission from the broker). Exact payout dates can for brokers can differ (contact our support for your interested selected broker dates). Minimum withdrawal amount, that we require before requesting for payout is USD $20.

ForexTradeRebates will take every effort to help and represent our users interests in controversy with brokers and others when it is available.

Service rights

ForexTradeRebates.com reserves the right to block, suspend or cancel your account at any time with or without notice to you for any attempt of unapproved access to our service and its partners.

We hate spammers, so all of them, who will be suspected or caught (sometimes we get claims), will be deleted from our rebate program without access to internal website pages in future.

Only one membership per person is allowed, so all duplicated accounts will be deleted from our database. Also note, that no one, except you should use your account.

We reserve the right to amend, impose conditions upon or cancel your membership if we suspect any breach of terms or fraudulent activities.

You unconditionally agree that ForexTradeRebates.com has the right to close or suspend your account with or without notice to you in the event of, but not limited to, any of the following:

- you have made any material misrepresentation to ForexTradeRebates.com

- service has reasonable grounds for concern in relation to your credit worthiness, your true identity or any matters relating to money laundering or insider dealing

- you fail to provide any information reasonably requested in relation to any credit status check being undertaken upon you by ForexTradeRebates.com

- you act in an abusive manner towards any member of our staff.

We will terminate inactive accounts of members who have not used it for more than 6 months.

We reserve right to cancel your broker commissions if your selected broker where you opened live trading account canceled part or all of your transactions due to agreement and other brokers rules breaking.

We are able to abandon broker's rebates if we have not received them from broker company.

User responsibilities

You have to follow our simple rules described in this and other website and user agreements.

You are responsible for keeping your profile and contact details up to date.

To take keep all the information that you received from and about the service (such as links, names, passwords, addresses etc.) confident.

To send ID approve documents if it is requested by ForexTradeRebates.com that will proof your ID entered during registration (this is rare procedure, but sometimes we have to request such documents to solve account and payments problems).

You represent and warrant that you have implemented and plan to operate and maintain appropriate protection in relation to the security and control of access to your computer, computer viruses or other similar harmful or inappropriate materials, devices, information or data.

Please note, that most brokers requires minimum profit/loss pips per trade (those can be found on ForexTradeRebates.com your chosen broker's page) to qualify for rebates.

User rights

You can cancel this agreement if:

- ForexTradeRebates.com will not follow these agreements

- You disagree with any section or line in this or other website agreements

Messages & communication

Reports, statements, notices and any other communications will be posted online and may be transmitted to such address as Client may from time to time designate in a written or electronic communication to ForexTradeRebates.com

We do not send you a lot of emails, but it is a condition of your membership with us that you have a valid email address where we can communicate, send personal account messages to and send occasional (not more than few per month) newsletters.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
